I skipped my St Patrick’s Day run because it was running to hard, and I am a wuss like that. Ran 7miles yesterday under 8:30 min/mile (barely). I am now officially registered for the Longhorn IronMan 70.3 Austin. Only 199 days left to train so that I can finish fast.

Wetsuits
Feb 26th
I have been thinking about wetsuits for a while now. I have an offer for 20% off anything Zoot until the end of February. I am tempted to use that towards their top-of-the-line Zenith. However the closest place to try them out is http://www.fastsplits.com/ in Newton, Ma which is not close or convenient. No place really close to try on any wetsuits really. Which is unfortunate, because I figure by the beginning of April I will be able to get out in the ocean again.

Well seems like my first offical sponsorship is through Javelin Bikes and their Team Javelin. The emails are encouraging, however the website is way outdated. Supposedly the uniforms will be the same as last year:
