The First 5

Generally the first 5 minutes of most activities are the hardest. Just start, get going. No one enjoys the first 5:

  • Running
  • Cycling
  • Waking up
  • Trying to relax
  • Starting the day at work
  • Yardwork

 

Get past those 5 minutes and everything is easier. After 5 minutes or so you should find your groove and just go with it.
